This is an amazing place to have a wedding and reception. Chad and his staff were so very helpful with everything. My wedding and reception were beautiful. If we had to do it all over again, we would pick the same venue. We thank you for all the patience you had with me, and all the questions and meetings to view the venue, and for helping make our day amazing and unforgettable. We cannot thank you enough!
Our experience surpassed any of my expectations. Chad and his staff were nothing but professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend this venue for the ceremony and reception. It was a perfect night!!!
We had our wedding and reception here and thought it was perfect. Our wedding them was modern vintage and this setting was ideal. We lucked out on weather and were able to have our ceremony outside. The deck created awesome backdrops for our photos. The venue is pretty inexpensive to rent and Chad is AMAZING to work with.
The space at 1316 Jones Street is gorgeous if you're looking for a unique setting in the Old Market. Very little decorating needs to be done because of the beautiful lights already hung. There is also a large patio that my guests spent most of their time. It is extremely helpful that 1316 Jones Street provides the caterer, liquor and DJ, which makes your wedding day stress-free. Chad Morford and his staff are extremely helpful, and assured I had a carefree wedding day. I would highly recommend this setting!!
I cannot say enough about how awesome Chad and the staff at 1316 are. The style of the space was perfect for us and Chad was so laidback and easy to work with. It was so convenient to have space rental, food and bar all come from the same vendor and it saved us lots of money too. I highly recommend this venue and Abraham Catering who work with them.
We held both our ceremony and reception at 1316 AND we got married the day after a blizzard. 1316 staff were professional, courteous, and thoughtful every step of the way!
We were looking for a venue that was unique for having a small wedding ceremony/reception. 1316 was the perfect place! Chad was very easy to work with and when the day approached was very easy to communicate with. We had a variety of other vendors decorating and they all had an easy time working with everyone there. We'd definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for that "unique" experience with an "Old Market" vibe!
We had a Friday evening wedding. Our ceremony was in the side room. After the ceremony, the staff quickly flipped the area for our buffet. The ceremony and reception spaces are beautiful! The location is unique and doesn't require much decoration. The staff was fantastic, and Chad, our coordinator, was great! He arranged all of the rentals and was attentive to every detail.
I loved setting up our bar service with 1316 Jones Street, not only do they have a beautiful venue, but they're a 3 in 1- catering, venue, and bar tending! Chad and Ben were fun to work with! Bar tender could have been a little bit more personable.
This was the perfect venue for our ceremony & reception. We got married on the deck & had our reception inside. The staff was amazing & made sure that every detail was just right. They even learned a new napkin fold for us! We loved the overall feeling of 1316 Jones - the high ceilings, exposed brick & unique lobby area were all great. There's a nice amount if space, but it still felt very intimate.
Another nice feature is the Old Market feeling of the location. Yet parking isn't an issue. There are tons of hotels nearby & other amenities.
I LOVE 1316 Jones & would recommend it to anyone!
It was great working with Chad Morford at 1316 Jones Street and Abraham Catering, he was amazingly helpful. We planned our wedding from another state and he was always available for questions and suggestions. He made the process less stressful.
In addition the serving and bartending staff did a wonderful job keeping up with all of our guests' needs. The location is unique...urban and beautiful. Great photo opportunities. The only downside for some may be that your are locked into the catering...however the food was delicious. We wouldn't have changed a thing. Having our wedding here was better than we could have ever imagined. The guests loved it!

The venue itself is a great, low-key space to throw a fabulous reception. The space looks great all dolled up or with minimal decorations. The service the night of our reception was impeccable!
I am from Omaha, but now live out of state. When I came home for Christmas we had a short time to look at venues. Chad was more than helpful working with our schedule and making sure we could come by the venue. When we saw it we knew it would be perfect. Chad was the best! He answered any questions we had, let me mom know when other weddings were so she could come down and get ideas of what the space would look like set up for wedding ceremonies and receptions, and we were able to plan everything over email. The food was amazing and everyone that works for the company is so helpful. We couldn't have asked for an easier experience.
I'd been to many weddings and receptions at 1316 and after having my own reception there i see why it's such a popular choice in omaha. We had just under 200 guests which I would say is a perfect size for that hall. the large room off to the side was perfect for holding the buffet tables so that there was no congestion in the line, it also allowed the staff to clean up without being in direct eye sight of the guests, thus helping noise levels stay low as well. the manager at the hall Chad was also wonderful to deal with. He always responded quickly and was more than happy to fix anything i saw as being a problem. when most reception halls in town are bare cream walls and fluorescent lights 1316 stands apart with it's exposed brick walls and white lanterns making the room feel warm. Add in the entire front wall of windows lined with a built in bench full of pillows and a beautiful large deck hidden by trees and your guests won't soon forget your wedding! My one and only complain is that you are locked into Hap Abrams as the caterer. My advice would be to make sure you do the food tasting they offer and pick your salad carefully as i've noticed at other weddings I've attended they tend to lean on the limp and soggy side.
1316 Jones has an awesome atmosphere, great service, delicious food, and Chad (the owner) was so easy to work with. Our guests still talk about what an amazing reception site it was!!
Works well for a smaller wedding. Bathrooms are beautiful!
We paid for a security guard never saw them. So, I was really disappointed when a fire alarm got pulled. If the security guard would have been there I don't believe this would have happened. Also, we couldn't find the venue manager after the first hour or so. The caterer was friendly and the food was great! We got a good deal the venue was only $500 for a Sunday!
1316 Jones was perfect for our May reception. Chad made everything so easy for us. He was great to work with...very flexible and easy going! The outdoor deck was a definite bonus for our guests!
