I was initially very nervous to try on wedding gowns, but the staff was so friendly and really put me at ease. They really took the time to get to know me and my style, and helped me find the perfect dress and veil! My entourage was very impressed by the service we ALL received, and I would recommend Eva's to anyone looking for a wedding dress. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about their products, and offered great advice, even other consultants offered advice when I needed it. I have zero regrets about making it my one and only stop to look for a dress! If you are looking to find the perfect dress at a great price and get great service the first time you walk in, this is the place to go!
I knew the exact dress I wanted but wanted to make sure I got the best price. Went to Eva's during their food drive in the fall to get a discount on my dress. Very good customer service would recommend them to any bride!
I will recommend Eva's to every bride I know! They were absolutely fantastic! I was a bride that chose to get married in 6 weeks...I went to Eva's and not only found my dress for a very reasonable price, but the designer made each dress to order which normally meant a longer lead/order time. The staff at Eva's were able to help me get the dress in 5 weeks (with paying an super rush fee, which I was willing and it was only $60). I was lucky to have Anastasia as my seamstress for alterations who was fast and wonderful! She made suggestions to help make me look wonderful that I wouldn't have even thought would make a difference! Thanks to them, I had the dress of my dreams and it fit flawlessly! All their staff that I worked with were pleasant and very accommodating--my bridesmaids even bought their dresses there. I have also suggested to my younger sister and her friends to look at the bridesmaid dress for prom too!!
Thank you Beth, Jason & the whole Eva's staff!!
I was lucky enough to have Carrie Perez as a consultant here today. I may have not bought anything, yet. She was so sweet and amazing at helping me find the style that I am looking for and what would look best on my body type since I am very fit built.
I walked in with concerns about how I could look nice in a dress with me, "line backer" upper body and left with a couple ideas of what looks best on me. I will definitely be back to visit Carrie to buy a dress.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Eva's Bridal Center is AMAZING!!! Everyone there is very friendly but our favorite person is Natalie she knows exactly what you're looking for, she knows exactly what is in her store, she knows exactly what would fit you to the T and the best part about her is she's 100% honest!!! You can tell she loves her job because she goes above and beyond....actually everyone there does!! My mother and I were just in checking my dress that just arrived and we started to look at jewelry and the first thing that came out our mouths was....."Natalie, what do you think?" And the best part about Natalie and the staff is they aren't thinking of their commission, they are thinking about YOU!! I recommend this wedding dress shop and will continue to recommend to anyone and everyone!!
I was a 2 month bride!!! Yes, imagine how much I was stressed!!! I gave a random search on the internet and found Eva's and tried it. They had gorgeous dresses. Of all I found the one. It was exactly how I picturised my dress should be like. It was a strapless Ball Gown with nice elegant rhinestone work on them. I went to the Eva's in Milwaukee. The staff are very friendly and cooperative in helping me choose the dress and wear it. "Natalie" was the one who took care of me entirely from start till the end. She is a wonderful person and I am so glad to get booked with her. "Anestisia", she did my dress alterations and she did exactly what was supposed to be done and made the dress just perfect!!
Above all I got a brand new dress that I liked during my trials and it was shipped in 2 weeks and immediately rest everything was done timely as promised and I got the dress 1 week before my wedding. Being a 2 month bride all this to happen is just a miracle and thanks "Eva's" for making my day just perfect and memorable.
I spent a lot of time looking for wedding dresses, I even went all the way to New Orleans and still came home with nothing. I took a second trip to Eva's & tried on my first dress again & fell more in love with it. The sales associate who helped me always took her time & was so patient. I went on a Friday & they usually close at 5 and we were there until 6:30 - never once did I feel rushed or pressured into buying a dress. I would recommend them to every bride I know!
The store is hard to get a hold of on the phone. Good service, clean, friendly. Expensive alterations for bustling. They had a special going on which I was able to get a good discount on my dress.
Their staff was so helpful! I got my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses there! They were amazing.
The service was great at Eva's every step of the way.
My experience with this company was awful! I originally went in to look for a wedding dress. I waited over 10 minutes after my appointment time while no one greeted me by the desk. I tried on dresses without any talks on my budget. Even with a dress I liked, my consultant never said the price. I went back to look at bridesmaid dresses and was disappointed again. I had to wait once again without acknowledgement that I was waiting after my appointment time. My bridesmaid tried on dresses and were treated poorly. They were on the point of rude when we asked questions. They measured on bridesmaid an 8 when she just got measured for another wedding and was size 0. Sounds like they just want more money and not good customer service... With the pressure of ordering dresses we got some from there. They said I had a week to order without rush fees. I ordered 4 days after that (having 3 days to spare). They put in the order 2 days after I was in and I got a call saying the rush fee would be applied. I do not understand why they waited so long when they knew we were close to the rush fee date. I complained and got my money back. I found the same dresses another place for $100 less without rush fees! I would never recommend them.
I went to look at bridesmaids dresses and walked out with my clearances price designer wedding gown. The ladies were so helpful and I absolutely loved my dress.
Eva's pulled out all of the stops for me just when I had given up looking for THE DRESS. Carrie was the one who helped me and could read my emotions when I had the dress on. She then grabbed a veil for me and dressed up a manikin with the vest that I was planning to get for the groom and grabbed a bridesmaid dress in my color to give the full effect. It was so amazing.
The second time I came in to make sure it was the dress I wanted, Natalie helped me and was so helpful.
Everyone who worked there was so nice and helpful. They didn't seem pushy like at the other small bridal shops or david's bridal about buying other items. They only informed me of the deals they had when you purchase the dress there.
I had a great experience at Eva's! My family, friends and I were very impressed with the selection of gowns they had. I must have tried on at least 25 dresses! Stephanie my bridal consultant was not only attentive, but very welcoming and patient with me and my group. Shopping for a dress can be a stressful time when dealing with all that goes in to planning and budgeting for a wedding. I was pleasantly surprised on how fun my time at Eva's was. I would definitely recommend to a friend.
My sister bought her wedding gown from Eva's Bridal 7 years ago, and the service and experience that she received from them has made a lasting impression on me. When I got engaged I knew right away that Eva's was the first place that I was going to go, and I was not disappointed. The staff is extremely friendly and truly care about you and your wedding, not just making a sale. They also have dresses that fit every budget, which is very important for me since my fiance and I are paying for our own wedding.
The dress I purchased was beautiful and I loved it. The service at this location was not great and they were extremely overpriced. The only reason I purchased here was because they had a good sale going on. WIthout the sale the dress was priced $500 over other stores. With the sale it was about $100 less.
But if you have to...
1 - Don't get Natalie as your consultant.
2 - Don't fall for the "hollow hem" where they measure your dress with shoes on. I got mine measured wearing 3 inch heels. I paid $100 and they told me the length would be give or take an inch, I was totally fine wearing 2, 3, or 4 inch heels. When I tried on the dress with the seamstress, I was wearing 4 inch heels, she informed me it was at least 1.5 inches too long and would cost $250 to hem.
3 - If you order multiple items through them (i.e. dress, veil, head piece), each comes in at different times and they want you to come to the store to inspect and pay right away. Hopefully you live close.
4 - I contacted the store about the length as I did not authorize them to do the hem. The managers had no idea what to do so I finally spoke with the store owner, Erin. We spoke about the dress length and every person kept telling me since I lost weight it's not their problem. I asked if anyone measured the dress while it wasn't on me to see if it was the right length. Erin asked that I come in and try on the dress and we meet. I drive down (it's an hour round trip), and tried on the dress. She admits that it's too long but says it'll cost $100 to hem but it had to be with their "in house" seamstress, not the one that was doing the rest of the alterations on my dress, so I have to come in and meet with her separately. We scheduled the date but I forgot my phone so I didn't have my calendar. That night I realized I had another commitment on that appointment date/time, so I called to reschedule - since the seamstress was only there Mon - Thurs until 8pm, I couldn't come in for 2-3 more weeks. Natalie took my call and basically yelled at me on the phone saying that it needs to be done at least a month in advance, which gave me 3 days to get there. It just isn't possible when you are planning a wedding and live 30 minutes away and work full-time. I argued with her enough so she called Erin who then said it was fine. Being paranoid, I cancelled an appointment I had the following week so I could come in and get altered. The seamstress pinned the dress and Erin confirmed it was the right length, I thought they were experts so I confirmed we should move forward. This is now 2 more extra trips I've made. I got a call the following week that the dress was finished so I made an appointment to come in. The train of my dress had beading that I wanted to show when it was bustled. Erin said that clips could be put into the dress to make sure that it stays showing. I picked up my dress on the Thursday before my wedding. I asked where the clips were and the seamstress told me that it isn't possible and Erin doesn't know what she's talking about. She handed me two safety pins and told me that was my only option.
5 - When you try on your dress, jump, dance, sit, stand, walk, move ANY way you think you'll move on your wedding day. Walk A LOT - I only walked up and down a bit at the store as there isn’t a lot of room, but I was tripping over my dress all day since it was too long. At my wedding, the bustle literally fell off every 5 minutes, the entire night I had a bridesmaid chasing after me to put it back up. My husband and I spent $500 on dance lessons and within 2 steps of our first dance, it was clear the dress was too long and the train fell, we both stepped on the dress and we couldn't even do our first dance that was planned. We had to do the out of
The staff was friendly and helpful and I ended up finding my dress there!
Always made the appointment about me and what I wanted. Had alterations done here as well. Loved my dress
I bought both my wedding dresses from this salon. They were both sample dresses and in my budget and I would have never been able to afford them both had they not been on super sale. Natalie was so helpful and I'm so happy she was able to be the one to sell me both my beautiful dresses.
