My fiancé and I were completely overwhelmed when we first started planning our wedding, trying to balance what we envisioned with the expectations of our families. As soon as we decided to use Christine as our wedding planner, we started to enjoy the process a lot more. She is warm, funny, extremely organized, responsive to our emails, and has advice for everything! She was able to help me navigate everything from family politics to deciphering what type of flower I was trying to describe. A few weeks before the wedding, we had a total meltdown over the budget and Christine jumped into action. She calmed us down, helped us understand what happened, and never once made us feel like we were being unreasonable (though, we probably would have deserved it).
For our wedding day, we had Tara as our wedding coordinator and we absolutely adored her. She checked in a few days before the wedding and the morning of to see how I was doing and even went out of her way to bring me a copy of the New York Times so we could photograph our wedding announcement. She did a really good job of reminding us not to worry about the small details and just to go with the flow of the day. We had comments from our family and wedding guests that "the people running our event" did a really good job because the day flowed perfectly. I really appreciated her calm and positive energy throughout the day. I have no idea whether anything went wrong on our wedding day because she literally took care of everything.
Throughout the entire wedding planning process, we had many vendors tell us, completely unsolicited, that Christine, Tara and the EAP team are the best in the business in NYC. It's one thing for brides to love their wedding planners, but I think that the vendors opinions speak volumes since they see the "behind the scenes" truth. Having the EAP team help you plan your wedding is certainly one of the best decisions any couple can make, no matter where they are in the wedding planning process.
Christine was a godsend to our wedding. From the first meeting where she custom-made a package (saving us over $1000) to the day of the wedding, she did everything to make sure the wedding was what we wanted. She really took the time to get to know us and what we wanted as well as meeting with my parents to make sure they were happy to. We also got our stationary from Laurie of the same company. Again, personalized and professional. It was all speedy and well done.
We worked with Christine as our day of coordinator. I cannot imagine not having her there. She coordinated transportation, did set-up at the venue, distributed vendor tips, and so much more. Having her there made my mind at ease - she handled every snafu seamlessly and allowed zero drama to come my way. Would highly recommend a million times over!
We used Tara for our day of coordinator and she was amazing. Our meetings went so smoothly, she new exactly what needed to be done and always had answers to our questions. She verified all the vendors and was such a great help the day of the wedding. I never had to worry about anything because she was there to make sure everything went smoothly.
What would I have done without Chistine?!?!? She was an absolute lifesaver. Anyone who is contemplating a day-of coordinator should most definitley do it. She went above and beyond! Our day was flawless, she also helped with vendor recommendations which were excellent! Thank you Christine!
We had Annie in charge of our wedding planning and OH MY GOSH were we happy we used them!! Everything was super well organized... I felt very at ease, as she kept the wedding on schedule, and was just an amazing lady overall to work with!!! She even helped me with my wedding dress malfunction (zipper zipped OFF the dress-- seamstress forgot to put a zipper stop)... and pinned me into my dress like a pro!!! I wish we had more money to hire her for the 8 hour package instead of the 5 hour, as soon as she left, you could tell the coordination kinda fell apart ... but it was near the end of the wedding so i guess it was ok !!! lol but she was super awesome, super experienced, and very comforting to work with someone who knew what to do, and didn't react weird to our strange requests! :)

Tara was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We had a lot of problems with our venue, Ravel Hotel, (read my review), and she did everything in her power to make our day go as smoothly as possible, which our venue did not. It shows how great she is when things didn't go so well the day of, and she handled it like a true professional. She was wonderful to work with and nice to have around on my wedding day. Putting my mind at ease. I don't know what I would have done if she was not there to check on everyone arriving, setting up and being on time. She even made a time schedule for all our vendors and if I could do it over, i would have hired her from the beginning stages of planning. She is a true find, and worth every penny. Thank you Tara!!!
I worked with Tara at Exquisite Affairs productions, and she was an absolute lifesaver. Having her there calmed me down so much and she was ready to take on any problem, big or small, that came along. During the planning process, she was very responsive and helped answer any questions that I had. She also had great recommendations for a videographer. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made.
She was awesome! She made my day wonderful by being organized, dealing with all problems that arose, and keeping my stress level down.
Christine handled everything with grace and a sense of humor which kept us both calm. She has a long list of products that she can produce for the wedding. Her products are well made and beautiful. She was completely organized and kept in touch with me well before the wedding day. She also sent a day of timeline to me which outlined all vendors and the schedule. I was completely at ease due to her professionalism.;Book early-she fills up quick.
