Bought a Pronovias Dress and Bolero for my December wedding. The staff was superb, they really know the wedding dress industry. Also, after looking at several shops, they were the only one who had on-staff alterations. I really thought it was important to have the same store do the altering. They did everything they promised on time and at my convinience. I had a great experiance and absolutely loved my dress.

Overall I had a fabulous experience at the House of Fashion.
The consultants are very intuitive and new exactly what I was looking for. I found my dress after trying on just two others.
The service is excellent, but there can be a little bit of a culture difference. Some of the consultants and semstresses can be a little abrupt. HOwever, they did a fabulous job making my dress exactly what I had wanted!

I love House of Fashions, not only did I get my wedding dress there for an amazing price, but I was able to get my rehersal dress altered and repaired, and my mother's dress altered! They were amazing!

The dresses here are fabulous. They are very accommodating and definitely know what they are doing! I wanted my dress converted from spaghetti strap to strapless and seamstress did an absolutely amazing job! They have everything you need from undergarments to shoes. they do alterations and give you a discount on alterations of the price of the dress if your bridesmaids by their dresses there too. They are a bit on the more expensive side but it's worth it for the quality you receive and the piece of mind that they are good at what they do.

By the time I came into House of Fashion, I was discouraged and in tears. I could not find the type of dress I imagined in the time I needed it, and by that time had already checked out seven other boutiques. Needless to say they took such good care of me, were sensitive to my needs, and I found my dress that day! I went back the next week to finalize and every other time I visited the shop I have had a great experience. I would definitely recommend House of Fashion.

I literally found my dress in 1 hour! My bridal consultant was Mahine. She has worked there for 20 plus years and knew what I was looking for after showing her a few pictures and by talking to her. I chose dress number 5, but tried on about 10-15. She was super nice and gave honest opinions. I brought my mom, mom-in-law, and maid of honor. I never had a problem with a fitting and are preserving my dress as well. They even customized my veil.

We'd give this shop 6 stars on a scale from 0 to 5 if we could. We got married in Sacramento a few weeks ago, and the best man flew into town (from the east cost) Thursday. By Friday evening, his luggage still hadn't arrived and he was in need of a tux for our Saturday morning wedding. We had 90 minutes between the rehearsal and the dinner, so we started calling tux shops to see what we could find. Every shop we called told us they couldn't help on short notice, despite the extenuating circumstances and the fact that the best man is of average size. House of Fashion Bridal Salon was the first place we reached who said they might be able to help us, so we rushed in. We arrived ~15 minutes before they closed, and David was there to assist. We explained the situation and he got to work. He asked some questions and listened attentively as we described what the groom and I were wearing, so he could find a tux that would work for the best man. He brought out pants, jacket, shirt, and shoes that all fit the best man. Then, I showed him a photo (on my phone) of the MOH dress so he could find the vest and tie that would work best. In the end, the best man looked wonderful and no one would ever have known what happened.
Overall, this process took longer than 15 minutes but David never made us feel unwelcome and he never rushed us. He was efficient (he knew we needed to get to the rehearsal dinner) while being very friendly. He also provided the groom with a nice hankerchief to pull everything together. I don't know the going rate of tuxes in Sacramento, but the final price seemed very reasonable to me and less than the price we'd seen for tuxes.
The kicker is that while the best man was being fitted, the three of us (groom, bride, best man) were trying to solve another problem in advance of the morning wedding. David heard us talking and he offered to assist us. He came up with a great solution to the problem (which was completely unrelated to bridal fashion) and offered to help. We did take him up on his offer to help us with something very early the next morning. He was such a genuinely nice and helpful guy that it really eased some of the pre-wedding stress that we were all feeling. I would DEFINITELY recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent service and a good looking tuxedo. They provide service well beyond what you could expect or imagine, even under challenging circumstances.

My group of 5 came here on a Saturday morning at 10am to try on bridal gowns. I had an amazing experience, not only because I found my dream dress, but the service was excellent. We were paired with Amara, who was very knowledgeable and able to find almost exact matches to all pictures of dresses I brought in. I highly recommend asking for Amara if you want someone who is really helpful and with you/pulling dresses the whole appointment. She is very hands on and doesn't try to tell you everything looks "amazing on you!", cause come on, not every dress will.
I would highly recommend trying to get an appointment right at 10am since the place isn't as crowded in the morning. As we were leaving it was definitely more packed. Also, a trunk show was going on when we came in and they had some amazing deals. Find out if you can come during one of those and you won't be disappointed.
In the hour appointment I was able to try on about 8-10 dresses. Each one takes about 5 minutes just to get into with the lacing up/pinning. They really take the time to get the fit just right so its as close as possible to how it would look (ie: they get you in tight!!) The check out process back downstairs after I found "THE ONE" was just as smooth. You put down about half the money, then when you come back for your alterations you put down the other half. The manager who helped us was very sweet and honest with us about the ordering process and pricing. I can't imagine this experience going any smoother and I was never forced to buy a gown at House of Fashion. Thanks Amara!

House of Fashion was my first shop that i looked into and tried on 3 dresses before I found the one that I fell in love with. The sales lady was amazing. I bought my dress and had all my alterations taken care of there. I loved all the ladies and they all made me feel very welcomed and stress free. Even at the last fitting when my dress didnt fit because I lost too much weight they had fixed everything for me in 1 day with out any worry. I would recommend them to any bride looking for a beautiful dress.
