Sarah took photos of our beach wedding in October 2011. Our photos are gorgeous and it was so great to work with her every step of the way. We planned our wedding long distance and communicated with Sarah via email and Skype. She was responsive, helpful and totally supportive. We only needed her for an hour and she came up with a package that worked in our price range. At the wedding she put everyone in our family at ease; it felt more like having a friend taking photos. Her style is tasteful and brings out the natural beauty of her subjects. Oh, and during the ceremony, I didn't notice her at all even though she was clearly running around getting shots from every angle. She's like a photographer ninja! :) She's also just a really warm and genuine person who really cared about our wedding.
An great example of how much she cares: a week before our wedding Sarah went down to the beach to see how the light would look near sunset, and suggested we start a half an hour sooner. She was totally right as we would have run out of light during the formals if we had started at the time I had originally planned.
I have to say that Sarah's presence and help actually improved our wedding.

Where to start? How about AMAZING! My finance and I were a little hesitant about doing engagement photos, mainly because we are both camera shy. But once we met Sarah we knew that we were in the right hands. Her genuine, bubbly personality put us right at ease, and helped make the most unphotogenic of us, look like we have our photos taken for a living. The compliments are never ending! Our photos are so unique and we owe that to Sarah's amazing eye and creative ablity. We could not be happier with our photos and highly, highly recommend Sarah!

Was to bring Sarah into our wedding day plans as our photographer. I work with professional photogs every day and am a videographer - I understand the business and what it takes to create an exceptional experience for whoever is on the other side of a camera. Clearly, so does Sarah. We had a lot of details to worry about leading up to, during and after our wedding - but the photography wasn't (and hasn't been) one of them. She was creative, responsive, proactive, present-but-not-intrusive - she felt so much more like a guest and participant in our special day than 'hired help.' And, um, the product is incredible. We LOVE our photos and what Sarah was able to capture. I honestly could not have been more thankful and pleased with how she approached her work on our wedding day, and she has been very, very good about responding to our questions and inquiries after our honeymoon was over. I think it's also worth mentioning here that we contracted with her and arranged things for our Tampa wedding from St. Louis. Sarah just showed up when and where we asked her to and worked with what she found on-site that day, which I think just speaks to her abilities and polished skill set. She put us and all our family at ease and even coaxed and captured some really good smiles from me, which isn't that easy to do, as all my family knows ... Even more importantly though, she managed to capture real glimmers of how stunning and radiant my bride Hillary looked as she stepped out on the beach that morning. Looking at the photos again today does kind of transport me back to that little stretch of sand where our lives together really started. Tremendous work.

I followed Sarah as a pet photographer for a year when I finally saw that the shot weddings, which was perfect because I had just gotten engaged! I emailed her and since that day she has been so excited and helpful in making sure my wedding is nothing but happy memories. From planning a unique and super fun engagement shoot to helping me with ideas of details to make sure the wedding is what I wanted. Sarah has become more than a photographer she's become my peace in keeping in mind how much fun and awesome it is that I found "the" guy for me and I get to spend forever with him. I love looking back at our engagement photos and seeing how happy we are and how in love we are. I can't wait for our wedding in a few weeks to be able to look back at that as a memory.
