- All those were printed on Strathmore
Natural #80lb paper (we got it from alphagraphics).
- They are printed in black flat
ink (not thermography, it is an option but much more expensive).
- The script writing is called
Sloop Script Three and the block writing is Book Antigua (a standard
Microsoft font).
- We had alphagraphics cut them
to size.
- I made the designs for all 5 of
those cards in Adobe Pagemaker (the graphics were from Microsoft Word Clipart)
but when you call the store ask what other program formats that they accept
and you can make them in that program. It was really easy to do, just like
doing a powerpoint or word document. Then we emailed the files to them and
they printed them up and we went in and saw proofs, okayed them and went back
to pick them up- it was sooooooooooo easy.
The Assembly Board
The Jigs
The are the jigs to make
sure the invitations layers go on in the right places for the layers

Return Address Embosser
| www.theprintersink.com
We just ordered this, it should
arrive soon. So we will update this part when we get the embosser |
Roller
| You can use a rolling pin or any kind of roller you might have (make sure
its clean) |
The Assembly:
| 1 |
Place the pockfold
on the board with the pocket to the right side, and the 4 5/16" and
5/16" jig on top. |
 |
| 2 |
On on side of the 6
5/8 x 6 5/8 backing layer, tape around the outide and "x"
in the middle. |
 |
| 3 |
Then place the 6
5/8 x 6 5/8 backing layer to the top left of the jig and place it down
carefully, have someone hold down the jig so the cardstock does not slide
under it. |
|
| 4 |
Next, roll the layer with your
roller to make sure everything is secured. |
 |
| 5 |
Then place the 5 1/4" and
5/8" jig over the pocketfold and 6
5/8 x 6 5/8 backing layer. |
 |
| 6 |
Next, place the inivte card
to the top left corner of the jig and place it down carefully, have someone
hold down the jig so the cardstock does not slide under it. |
|
| 7 |
Next, roll the layer with your
roller to make sure everything is secured. |
 |
| 8 |
Stack the cards with the RSVP
envelope in the pocket. |
 |
| 9 |
All done. |
 |
| We are also contemplating getting
a stamp made (www.impressrubberstamps.com)
with our monogram on it to stamp on a sticker to seal the pocketfold- havent
decided yet. |
