About our wedding:

We finally got a dog! He's a Newfoundland named Hudson. We picked him up December 16 at 11 weeks and 29 pounds. Now, at 14 weeks, he's 40 pounds and growing like crazy. The photo is from when we got him. He's awesome!

OK, here is the start of some wedding pictures. I will add more when I get time to scan some and when the professional photos come.

In the meantime, here is me and my mom

And here is my handsome brother, a groomsman, and my adorable nephew, the ringbearer. We found him a tie similar to the rest of the guys.

Here are a few more from the wedding. I hope to have more posted soon. Rich, Erin and ringbearer (and nephew #1) Will

Rich and I with Will and nephew #2 (and our godson) Jack, who seems to think we stink at the whole kid-holding thing.

Me and my awesome MOH Jeanette. Good shot of our flowers.

Here are the bridesmaids, having a pretty darn good time on the boat in between the ceremony and reception.

And last, but not least for now, a little romance. I was a little caught off guard on this one. It is also a pretty good shot of my hair, which I loved.

Welcome to my new bio (AGAIN!). Not much improved, but new nonetheless.

Here''s a picture of the pearl and white topaz necklace designed specially for me by Carrie Mader. If you want to see more of her stuff visit www.carriedmader.com

Here’s my dress (Christos 816) on a model:

  The front

  The back

And ... here is a HORRIBLE picture of Sailorgirl ... wearing an ugly necklace and holding up earrings during my first try on ... I hope things improve when the dress is altered. I do not know why it is so fuzzy, but at least it is there.

Here is the BM dress we FINALLY decided on

The three BMs will wear the dress in "slate" (which is almost cornflower blue) with an antique band and the MOH will wear antique with a slate band. This is slate blue

This is antique ... it is sort of champagne colored. Looks good with the ivory dress.

The guys will wear navy blazers, khaki pants, light blue shirts and ties We finally found some that everyone (except the mother of the groom) likes. This is the tie the groom will wear.

The groomsmen will wear a navy tie with quarter-inch wide pink stripes about every three or four inches.

I made my own invites. They are printed on a natural linen paper then glued onto sapphire blue cardstock to create the border. Instead of inner envelopes, I printed out the names of those invited on blue vellum bands and wrapped the invite, map and RSVP card together with the band. I have gotten a ton of compliments.
