I loved our flowers! The day before my wedding, my bridesmaids and I went to the farmer's market in Traverse City, Michigan to scope out the flower vendors. We found some flowers that we loved. That night, with several bouquets at our fingertips, we put together our bouquets. All the flowers in our wedding only cost us $65!

I planned so much for our wedding, except for when to walk down the aisle. My view was blocked by the house, so I had to peer around the corner to see if everything was ready. This was that moment. The dress was by the designer, Marisa, purchased at Elizabeth's Bridal Manor in Northville, Michigan.

The guys had a bit of fun right before the ceremony. I really liked the simplicity of the men's suits. We simply asked them to wear black suits with white shirts, and the look was classic. This way, we were all able to save a little and enjoy the festivities Up North.

Our reception was held at Frog Pond Village in Grawn, Michigan. We had two venues at this location - the Bullfrog Ballroom for the party and dancing and the Gala Tent for a cafe like atmosphere for food, conversation and laughs. We even had a bonfire nearby! It was such a great venue!
