We were wed and had our reception at the Botanical Garden in Huntsville, AL. It is a very beautiful place with breathtaking landscape all year around.

My two dearest people- Scott and my mom. It meant a lot to me that my mom was able to come to our wedding, hold my hand and give me away to Scott. I am very thankful for the opportunity to share our joy and happiness with her.

I submitted My Real Wedding pictures a month ago. Few days after my friend told me that he wanted and was going to submit pictures of his choice from our wedding. So, I decided to remove my entry. Since then I have seen so many entries and things that editors are paying attention to. At the end I decided to submit my entry again. This time it is not about centerpieces, decorations, bouquets, favors, big expensive cakes, programs, escort cards and all insignificant stuff like this. This time it is all about those magical moments and feelings that Scott and I experienced and shared and people whom we love and cherish and who made our wedding so memorable and beautiful, like my mother whom I had not seen in ten years and who was able (the only one out of my whole family) to come to our wedding from Russia, like Scott’s brother, Jeremy, who was his Best Man and delivered a wonderful speech, like my Maid of Honor, Cassy, who is one of the best girls I have ever met, like Scott’s nephew, James, who despite of being sick on our wedding day still was able to fulfill the duties of the ring bearer. The list can go on and on but, unfortunately, I can download only 7 pictures. I want to give a lot of credit to our photographer, Brandie Sanders. Brandy, we could not wish for more talented and creative photographer than you are. Thank you for doing such an amazing job despite of the rain and stormy weather and making sure we have all these memories for the rest of our lives. I, also, would like to thank our friend, Carter who officiated our wedding. Thank you for putting your heart and soul in the speech you prepared for us.
