I grew up Irish dancing and spent my summers teaching it as a teenager. Both being of irish descent, Chris and I really wanted to make irish music and dancing a big part of our special day. After our first dance, the music paused and Maidrin Rua by The Pogues came on. It was a complete surprise for our guests and and set the tone for a fun night on the dance floor...!

I love it! I would give anything to be able to learn an Irish dance for my wedding. I am from Ireland and my entire Irish family is coming to Philly for our wedding - I would love to surprise them like that. You look beautiful too!!

Wow! We thought about doing that, but couldn't talk our friends into joining us (we're just happy some of them wore kilts) How did you practice knowing you would have a dress that was a bit bigger than normal? It looks flawless!
