Newlyweds for 1621 days!
ABOUT LORRAINE
I was born and raised in West Islip on Long Island, and now live in West Babylon. I come from a large family. I have 4 sisters, 3 brothers-in-law, 10 nieces and nephews, and a great niece and a great nephew.
I am the purchasing manager at Adchem Corporation in Riverhead, NY, and have worked there for the past 8 1/2 years.
I enjoy all different types of music and play (or try to play) the piano.
I found out about christian.matchmaker.com and decided to try it as a joke. Within a couple of days of signing up, I received an e-mail from you-know-who, and never looked back.
I am a BIG Yankee fan, but unfortunately Scott likes the inferior NY team. But at least he can watch his team play. He hopes that because the Yanks aren't on TV that I will become a Mets fan, but that is NEVER going to happen. :-) But because of him, I can now at least tolerate the Mets. :-)
ABOUT SCOTT
I am a life long Long Islander - born in Glen Cove, raised in Commack and East Setauket and I now reside in Coram.
I have 2 great kids - Erika and Patrick and 1 great niece - Jessica.
I even stayed on the Island for college attending Suffolk County Community College and Dowling College.
I am currently a Project Manager for the Medicaid Review System at Island Peer Review Organization in Lake Success.
I love camping and my favorite vacation spot is on Block Island. I am a avid Mets fan which is a rip since Lorraine is a avid Yankee fan. Guess we are going to have a mixed marriage :-) But at least I can watch the Mets on TV :-)
HOW WE MET
We met online at christianmatchmaker.com and IM'd each other for a few weeks before actually meeting at Samantha's L'il Bit of Heaven Coffee House. I knew I was hooked when Lorraine said 'Say When' when pouring milk into my coffee and I said 'Ok' and she replied, 'You didn't say when'. Something I would have definitely said.
WHEN WE GOT ENGAGED

HOW IT HAPPENED
We had a nice romantic dinner on the deck of the National Hotel overlooking Old Harbor on Block Island.
The question was popped sitting on Ballards Beach looking out into the Atlantic Ocean.
