ABOUT SAMANTHA
I'm 27 years old and I live in Kent in South East England. I've been a civil servant for the past year and a half. Phil and I have a golden labrador called Holly and our favourite past times include walking her to the pub!! The other love in my life apart from my fiance and my dog is my BMW!!

Phil is 33 years old and is a Civil Engineering Operative. The other loves in his life apart from me and his dog is his football and his beer!! Phil has two gorgeous boys from a previous relationship. Luke is 8 and Macaulay is 6. We have them to stay with us every weekend.
HOW WE MET
We actually met 13 years ago when I was 14 and dating his younger brother!! Even back then I thought he was handsome but too old for me!! We met again 2 years and 3 months ago when he walked into a pub where I was working. We got chatting about old times and the rest they say is history!!
WHEN WE GOT ENGAGED

HOW IT HAPPENED
We knew we wanted to be together from the begining and we talked about marriage openly. Phil was in the process of getting divorced when we met, when everything was nearly finalised we chose the ring and he did the traditional bended knee scenario!! We had a huge party for all our friends and family on the hottest day in August!Phil's decree absolute came through in September 2000 so we set the date for June 2002.

ABOUT THE BIG DAY
We're having a totally traditional day. I'd always dreamed of getting married in a church and the vicar in our parish was happy to marry us in his church. We're having 6 bridesmaids and 3 pageboys, dad and I will be arriving in a white stretched limousine and we're having a huge reception afterwards.
