My Proposal Story
We went out to dinner on July 6, 2008 to one of our favorite restaurants ... my love, myself, and my kids. I went to the bathroom midway through dinner and when i came back to the table, my 8 year old son said ..."so are you gonna ask her or what ... With a chuckle and the shaking of his head, he pulled a black box out from behind his back. I had no idea this was going to happen! I just covered my face and couldn't even look. My kids were yelling for me to look, look, lol. My love asked me if I wold like to spend the rest of my life with him and become a real family ... and he asked my boys if they were sure they wanted mommy to get married to him. They excitedly said yes. The ring took my breath away, and of course I said YYEESSS! The restaurant gave us a bottle of champagne on the house and everyone clapped and congratulated us. It was so surreal?!
