My bridesmaids wore dresses by Alfred Angelo. They were a beautiful burnt orange, tea length dress.

My mom, my friends and I made the bouquets and boutonnieres. We wrapped them in floral tape and then ribbon for decoration. They were bicolor roses, so both of our wedding colors could be represented.

Instead of a traditional guest book, we blew up a picture of us from our engagement session to be signed. Our guests had a great time writing personal messages and congratulation to the two of us in a more fun way.

My dress was inspired by the movie "Runaway Bride." I just loved the simple, classic beauty of the shape and details. It had beautiful satin ribbon all around the bottom and waist. The ribbon came to an elegant bow in the back. Raul wore a Calvin Klein tux. He wore an orange and gold striped tie, to include our colors into his ensemble.

Our centerpieces were lanterns surrounded by the guests wedding favors. The favors were hand planted marigolds. Also, our table numbers were select photos from our engagement session.

Our cake was made by my best friend and pastry chef Marcia Erickson. I included a menu of what the flavors were. Our cake toppers were amazing! They were marzipan figures of us! Raul is wearing a LA Dodgers baseball cap, his favorite team!

We made our escort cards. I printed the names of our guests with their table assignments and glued it onto decorative paper. Then I put them into floral picks and pushed those into moss that we placed inside of the baskets. It fit right in with the theme of the resort.
