Ian has a glittering array of awards and achievements. A particular highlight came in 2008, when instead of winning Best Bridal Designer of the Year at the Bridal Buyer Awards – which he had won for the last four consecutive years - he was instead awarded the Outstanding Contribution to the Industry accolade. Usually reserved for designers with at least two decades’ more experience in the bridal industry, this was an unprecedented achievement for a 42-year-old who has only been designing under his own name since 2003.
