Where to Sleep
Most of the out-of-town guests will be staying at:
The Holiday Inn Express
712 S Utah Valley Dr American Fork, UT 84003
Mention that you're with the Felt Wedding and you'll get a discount. Dropping the names "Jan or Victoria Gandy" also will work some wonders.
If you aren't the hotel type, there are plenty of campsites in American Fork Canyon, where the wedding will take place. Some sites are free, some cost money. If you're interested, let me know and I'll hook you up with information.
The Holiday Inn Express
712 S Utah Valley Dr
American Fork, UT 84003
Salt Lake City International Airport
776 N Terminal Dr
Salt Lake City, UT 84116
Downtown Salt Lake City has an excellent public transit system. There is a train that goes from the airport to downtown (TRAX Green line), and a high-speed train that goes from downtown to American Fork (Frontrunner 750). Most of the trains and buses downtown are completely free. If you have any questions you can contact Victoria or the Utah Transit Authority at 1-888-RIDE-UTA (743-3882). Google Maps is also completely interfaced with the UTA schedule. Just type where you are and where you're going in google, click on the bus symbol, and type in the time that you need to depart or arrive by.
One important note: Many of the trains and buses have limited bus schedules or DO NOT RUN on Sunday. Please plan accordingly.

There will actually be a ton of concerts the week of the wedding. I can't put them all here, but they range from Frightened Rabbit to Bruno Mars. If you're into sounds, look at SongKick and you'll get an idea of what's going down.
Joe's band will be playing a gig that week too (July 27th) at the Owl Bar, Sundance Resort. If you're up in Utah this early, PLEASE come!
