Hotel accommodations

Skyler and I will be staying at the Kaanapali Beach Hotel which is right in the heart of Kaanapali/Lahaina. There are many other hotels close by if you want to compare prices, rooms, etc. Some of the hotels that are the closest to ours are the Sheraton, the Royal Lahina, the Westin and the Kaanaplai Shores.

We have been using Dan from Newhall travel for all of our reservations. He has been easy to work with and has really good package deals that contain flight, room and car all in one. He also allows monthly payments so that it is not one big upfront payment.

Dan's number is 661-255-7110

I know that some people have chosen to go through AAA, so if you are member, they are a good resource as well.

Recently I have also seen good package deals with Alaska Airlines.

If anyone needs any help with anything please feel free to call me at 661-714-5073 or email me at kristinleebates@gmail.com. Ive been researching prices like a mad woman ;) so I have a lot of information if anyone has questions or inquiries!

Attire or other information

We would like our wedding to be a reflection of us, and as you all know, we are pretty laid back. Nice, casual beach attire is ok with us.

Things to do in the area

There are so many things to do in the area but some of the top attractions are:

Scuba diving, Snorkeling, Hiking, Driving the road to Hana, Royal Lahaina Luau, and Paddle boarding/Surfing.

I would like to get everyone together on Saturday the 3rd and go to the Royal Lahaina Luau. Ive heard from multiple sources that its the best Luau (show and food) on the island. Please let me know asap if you are coming so that way I can add you to our reservation (seats sell out 3 months in advance!).
