Kendra's seven bridesmaids matched mint J.Crew dresses but added personality by mixing materials—some wore chiffon while the rest wore cotton! The ladies completed their understated look with braided hairstyles and minimal accessories.

The bridesmaids carried statement bouquets consisting of a single king protea.  "I found images of the king protea on pintrest and knew that was what I wanted," says Kendra. "I loved how unique and bold the flower was."

Leland wore a light blue pincord suit, white shirt and striped tie. As a wedding gift, Kendra made Leland with a needlepoint belt which featured different candy bar labels.

The Ceremony took place in front of the sail docks at the Belvedere Club.  We truly did not add much to the space other than several chairs for our honored guests (parents, siblings, and grandparents). Kendra and Leland planned their contemporary-yet-relaxed nuptials within nine months of getting engaged.

Kendra and Leland exchanged vows during a sail dock ceremony (the same place where they first said "I love you!") surrounded by stunning king protea bouquets and minimal decor. A mint green and yellow color palette along with understated succulent arrangements brought a relaxed vibe to the nautical chic reception. "The style of our wedding was simple and welcoming with a less is more feel," explains Kendra.
