Kate wanted a fluffy look for her bouquet, so her florist created a textured arrangement of garden roses, mini carnations, lisianthus and hypericum berries. The bridesmaids carried smaller bouquets of roses, carnations, astilbe and hypericum berries.

The seven groomsmen wore navy pants with navy and white checked shirts and coral ties. The groom stood apart in a light gray summer suit.

Kate found lace dresses at Gap that were just a shade lighter than the bridesmaid dresses, and then added baby's breath crowns for the flower girls to wear.

The three boys in the wedding party wore navy shorts, which button-down shirts and coral bow ties. Adorable fedoras from J.Crew topped off their look.

Two of the child attendants carried a small sign announcing that the bride was on her way.

The ceremony was held outside on a cobblestone courtyard. The couple exchanged vows under a white wooden arch in front of lush vines and flowers.

"Our centerpieces were simple," says Kate. She collected various glass vases and filled each with flowers from her florist's garden or from the farmers market. Table numbers made from scrapbook paper completed the look.

Neither the bride or groom like cake, so they had a milk and cookies bar instead!
