Guests sipped refreshing peach mojitos served with chunks of fruit in sugar-rimmed glasses.

Even the cake was eco-friendly at this party! The baker used locally grown organic ingredients to make this three-tiered confection and covered it in ivory fondant scrolled in green icing and topped off with edible pearls.

Guests took home simple and sweet cupcakes topped with The Knot insignia, along with canvas totes sporting the "Go Green" message.

Our designers kept the decor simple yet elegant with earthy touches of brown and green blooms for a "fresh-from-the-fields" look.
