A fun leopard print sign welcomed guests as they arrived to the ceremony. To go with the whimsical Hogwarts-inspired theme, a white owl was perched on the top of the wrought iron gateway.

For her bridesmaids, April chose floor-length gowns in dark gray and champagne. The gowns had ruched sweetheart bodices and elegant pearl cap sleeves with pearl bracelets and earrings to tie the look together. Each girl also wore a colorful floral hair accessory and matching shoes in the colors of Slytherin, Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff.

April and Jordan knew immediately that they wanted "I Don't Mind" by Defeater to be their first dance song. "I have a recording from a few years ago of Jordan singing it to me in the car. It has always made me cry. I knew that one day it would be our wedding song." says April.
