The Bride Samira Mattin, 32, a portfolio manager The Groom Jesse Fogarty, 40, a portfolio manager The Date October 8 With families split between Albany and Washington, DC, Samira and Jesse decided it would be best for their guests to meet in the middle: Manhattan. A theme of shimmering crystals and a crisp palette of ivory and platinum perfectly suited the dramatic Gotham Hall, which was then staged with grand draping, bold lighting and elaborate floral installations for an overall jaw-dropping effect.
