“The ceremony felt like a secret garden with a lot of greenery and natural wood,” Leigh notes. She and Micah were married under a birch wood

New York City natives
Leigh and Micah, who dated
for more than 13 years before
getting engaged, wanted
a wedding space that had
a sense of local history.
“Cipriani 42nd Street was
a great, iconic New York
venue,” Leigh says. She
and Micah used décor and
lighting to create a “cozy,
romantic and chic vibe” for
the reception.

Several tables at the reception were topped with small floral arrangements, votive candles and glass table lamps, which made the space
look “unique and more like an intimate dinner party meets supper club.”

The couple
had a custom black-andwhite
dance floor made
for the reception. Their
first dance was to “Crazy
Love” by Van Morrison.
