The Bride Amma Aning, 28, an object and graphic designer The Groom Drew Odum, 28, an attorney The Date August 14 Amma and Drew wanted colors with a contemporary vibe that also referenced their shared African heritage. They chose yellow for its joyful feel and paired it with a neutral gray, which was fitting for a summer celebration. The two hues, along with cultural traditions, tied their modern African theme together.
