The Bride Gretchen Geib, 29, a veterinarian The Groom Nathan Schaefer, 28, a veterinarian for Iowa Select Farm The Date September 17 Knowing they didn't want a typical cookie-cutter venue, Gretchen and Nathan booked the Uppercut Gym for their city-meets-country-themed wedding. Luckily, the couple's eclectic mix of rural and industrial decor elements blended perfectly with the gym's open-warehouse aesthetic.
