The Bride Esther Kang, 29 and works for the purchasing department at Frito-Lay Inc. The Groom Joseph Choi, 33 and is a dentist who owns a practice in Plano The Date September 26 “I wanted everything to look clean and simple,” Esther says of their dark purple, gray, and chartreuse wedding.
