The Bride Briana Sarver, 28, works in advertising sales for Turner Broadcasting The Groom Greg Offsay, 27, a commercial real estate broker The Date July 3 Briana and Greg carried their idea of an organic, natural design through the whole day. Succulents and young trees served as decor (and were later donated to start a garden at L.A.
