Amanda & Ben in Tiburon, CA

Amanda was dreading a required in-office training session -- until she saw the guy leading the presentation, Ben. During a break, Ben struck a conversation with the man sitting next to Amanda, who naturally joined the conversation when she returned to her seat. Ben mentioned he was planning a road trip to Chico, which happened to be where Amanda went to college, so she gave him her card in case he wanted any tips on the area. When Amanda got back to her desk, she already had a message from Ben asking for her personal number and they started dating soon after that. The Bride Amanda Tutera, 26, a corporate affairs representative The Groom Ben Armfield, 27, a management consultant The Date September 26 Two years later, while Amanda and Ben were playing Frisbee on the beach, Amanda tripped over something in the sand. She did a little digging and found a bottle with a message inside. Intrigued, she called Ben over to read what the stranger had written. Inside, she found a letter from Ben with a proposal.
