Shannon and Steve met when they were both members of the Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity at Michigan State. The Bride Shannon McKenney, 27 and a graduate student at the U of M School of Public Health The Groom Steve Shubert, 27 and works at the Ann Arbor Preschool and Family Center The Date December 31 For their New Year's Eve nuptials, Shannon and Steve planned around three keywords: Detroit, vintage, and glamorous. They used a color palette of mostly black and gold, with punches of wintry cranberry.
