The Bride Catherine Grier, 25, an AmeriCorps member at CARITAS, a homeless service provider in Richmond The Groom Michael (Mike) Rey, 25, a project manager for a restoration company The Date October 1 Wanting to create a relaxed, spontaneous-looking party, the couple incorporated nostalgic, homey details and an eclectic palette of soft pink, peach, plum, sage, rusty read, gold, cream and, of course, orange (nodding to the location and the season).
