“One of the most romantic, wonderful days we spent while dating was on a trip to New York City in Central Park,” says Erin. The Bride Erin Catt, 27 and an actress for Walt Disney World The Groom Bill Shafer, 34 and works in the entertainment business for Walt Disney World The Date October 16 That trip inspired their “Central Park in the Fall” wedding palette with warm colors like brown, red and deep purple. Trees wrapped in twinkle lights, park benches, and lampposts completed the cozy autumn scene.
