While vacationing in Fire Island, Danielle and Rick met and liked each other right away. They got to know each other that first night and then decided to spend the rest of their vacation together. After returning to the city, they kept their summer fling alive. It bloomed into a full-on romance. The Bride Danielle Wasserman, 30, technology VP The Groom Rick Holtman, 35, VP of sales The Date October 5 A few years after meeting, Danielle came home one night to find Rick waiting for her with a gift. She was shocked that it wasn't another T-shirt or trinket, but an engagement ring. She immediately said, "Yes!" and the couple began planning a modern wedding in New York City.
