Jim entered the ceremony to "Ain't Misbehavin'," and Deb walked down the aisle to "At Last." After breaking a glass (Deb's background is Jewish), the couple's recessional was set to the tune of "Steppin' Out With My Baby" in an effort to set the tone for a fun reception.

The ceremony was decorated with silk-wrapped boxes filled with white and green lisianthuses, anemones, and roses.

All printed materials, from the menus to the place cards, were inspired by the Wiley Valentine design of the invitations.

Three boxes of varying sizes wrapped in silk and filled with white flowers accompanied three vases filled with purple flowers as well as three small votives to create a variety of heights and shapes on the tables.

The four-tiered cake alternated between red velvet cake with cream cheese filling and chocolate devil's food cake with fudge filling. Fondant icing in black and green featured an art deco design.

Deb and Jim worried about entering the reception and making it to the dance floor on cue, but once the applause of their family and friends hit them, they relaxed and enjoyed the moment.

Deb claims she would never have had the nerve to flirt with Jim had she known how tall he was. Good thing for both of them, Jim was always sitting down at the Mark Taper Forum theatre, where the couple met. Deb was a production assistant there and Jim worked at the back stage desk. It wasn't until their first date that 5'4" Deb realized Jim stands 6'2". The Bride Deb Goodfader, 36, artist The Groom Jim Loucks, 38, actor The Date November 11 But the two didn't let the height difference get in their way, and six-and-a-half years later, Jim produced a gorgeous ring and asked Deb to marry him on a quiet afternoon at home. Deb said yes, and then it was off to dinner at their favorite restaurant.
