Jackie & Cole: A Formal Wedding in Dallas, TX

Jackie and Cole's wedding style was all about drama, from the striking jewel tones Jackie chose for many of their big-day details to their rooftop reception space. In keeping with Cole's skyline proposal, the couple picked The Dallas Petroleum Club's Sky Lobby -- so named because of the windowed ceiling and panoramic views of downtown. THE BRIDE Jackie Copp THE GROOM Cole Gahagan THE DATE November 6 Jackie, who is 27 and works in sales, had decided to move to San Francisco to be with her boyfriend of five years, Cole, a 28-year-old new business director for an online company. While she was out there looking for a place to live, the two of them planned dinner with friends, but Cole warned Jackie he'd be arriving late. When she arrived at the restaurant, known for its skyline views, the host took her to a secluded, candlelit corner, where she found a bottle of champagne on ice and a note that said simply, "Turn around." As she did, Cole stepped out from behind a wall and dropped down on one knee. Though Jackie soon moved to California, the two chose to plan their wedding back home in Dallas.
