Jaime wore an ivory-colored, silk chiffon gown with a trumpet skirt and beading by Yolanda Couture, paired with a cathedral-length veil and a silk ribbon edge. She completed her look with small, white gold chandelier earrings.

Jaime and Greg recited their vows beneath a huppah on the sands just off the boardwalk. They had an interfaith ceremony and wrote their own vows, each promising the same thing to the other. To honor the bride’s Jewish background, Greg broke a glass at the end of the ceremony for good luck.

Jaime drew inspiration from the colors of the sand for her wedding palette, infusing the day with brown, beige, and white. To keep guests cool and comfortable during the ceremony, the programs she created herself did double duty as fans, made with beige and cream panels, brown ink, and tied with a thick brown ribbon.

To keep their feet feeling comfy on the beach, the couple offered white flip-flops from New York & Company to their female guests. They also thanked all their guests for coming with a homemade CD of beachy love songs, packaged in a white cardboard CD holder with a tan cover and silver seashell embellishment.

“I swore I would never meet my husband at a bar!” Jaime says. But then the inevitable happened: She and Greg locked eyes and just knew.
