Julie & Aaron in Santa Monica, CA

Julie knew a proposal from her boyfriend Aaron was imminent. They’d talked about getting engaged and had even looked at rings together, but Julie had no idea when he’d pop the question. The Bride Julie Drews, 27, marketing associate The Groom Aaron Schneider, 30, software developer The Date September 16 Aaron chose a perfect proposal spot. One night, on what Julie thought was going to be a quiet evening at home, Aaron suggested they go for a drive. They ended up at a park up in the Santa Monica Mountains with spectacular views of the night sky, and the romantic atmosphere made Julie wonder if it was about to be “the night.” Sure enough, Aaron dropped to one knee.
