Julie & Angelo: A Modern Wedding in Fort Worth, TX

Julie first knew Angelo as her tour guide when she and her parents were visiting Austin College. Julie wound up going to school there, and not long after a chance encounter in the library, she and Angelo began dating. The Bride Julie Flournoy, 25, teacher The Groom Angelo Vu, 28, physician The Date September 30 The two stayed together through college (and med school, for Angelo), and he decided to propose to Julie at his five-year reunion at Austin College. Angelo presented Julie with a scrapbook of their relationship -- beginning with the scrap of paper on which she’d scribbled her dorm room phone number for him and ending with a proposal.
