Katy & Bryan: A Traditional Wedding in Dallas, TX

Congress might not sound like a romantic setting, but that’s where Katy Duncan and Bryan Rowes fell in love. Both had government internships in DC when they first went out to hear bluegrass music and discovered common Lone Star roots. Living in Massachusetts made long-distance planning tough, so Bryan’s sister helped with the local details. Ironically, that sister is now a wedding coordinator herself. Katy’s advice: “Get a wedding planner and enjoy your wedding! It will be worth every penny to take away some of the stress.”
