Kelly and Lee's elegant wedding honored the groom's British heritage while also celebrating the bride's Texan upbringing. THE BRIDE Kelly Arthus THE GROOM Lee Lamont THE DATE October 11 "I knew Kelly was the one and had been thinking about it for some time," Lee remembers. He proposed on her apartment balcony, with a limo waiting to take them to dinner. "During the ride, Kelly was excited and wanting to call her sister and close friends. No one answered. That's because they were all at the restaurant, waiting for her." The couple celebrated with Kelly's sister and friends that night, and then planned the big day together as well.
