When Melissa and Robert met at a party in college, a friend immediately saw the spark and said, "You two should get married!" The comment made them feel awkward, but Robert asked Melissa to dinner anyway. "I didn't know what to expect from the date, so I dressed up a little to be safe," says Melissa. Rob's dinner choice: Panera, an ultra-casual sandwich cafe. Despite the fashion blunder, the pair became inseparable. It perfectly fit their locale, a sprawling farm with sunken gardens for the ceremony, a pool area for cocktails and a round room with panoramic windows for the reception.
