An office crush turned into a once-in-a-lifetime romance for Tracey and Michael. When Tracey decided to leave the company and they both started to pursue other opportunities, they realized they could finally start dating and did so right away. For the next few years they dated on-and-off and when Tracey's job took her to Charlotte, Michael decided it was time to settle down and made the move, too.
