Love is all about being in the right place at the right time. At least that's what Victoria and Steven would say. The pair met by chance the week before Valentine's Day in 2006. While he was waiting for her, Victoria's mom asked him when he was going to propose. She was shocked when he pulled the ring out of his pocket to show her! That night while at Sun Dial Restaurant overlooking Atlanta (73 stories up!), Steven got down on one knee and proposed. Victoria said, "Yes!" "We couldn't stop smiling the whole night," she said.
