Spotted! A passerby found and Instagrammed this graffiti proposal spray-painted onto a construction site near the High Line at 29th street in NYC. Gothamist.com tracked down the bride via Yelp and reported the story. Amber's boyfriend Bart surprised her with the graffiti proposal on an early morning walk down the High Line. When they got to the right spot, Bart handed Amber a note with the message, and when she looked up it was in graffiti in front of them. And just in case you were wondering, no, it's not legal to tag New York City construction sites — it made for a cute story though!
