An Under The Sea Reception With A 16-Foot Dessert Bar!

Here's a wedding theme we hadn't heard of before… a modern under-the-sea zen-themed wedding! Wed 100 expert and wedding planner Vanessa Van Wieren of Alchemy Fine Events & Invitations and her incredible team transformed the Scripps Seaside Forum in La Jolla, California into a living aquarium with coral linens, shell table numbers, lucite trays, origami cranes and even a dessert bar complete with 16-feet(!) worth of aquatic-inspired sweets and five custom wedding cakes from Sweet and Saucy Shop.
