Those with a penchant for the past should consider a historic train ride aboard the Royal Gorge Route Railroad in Cañon City. Having a formal wedding? Set the rehearsal dinner apart with a relaxed gathering at a cozy café. Allie Liebgott and Amy Rust of Fête love The Kitchen in Boulder for its main dining room’s centerpiece—a gorgeous twelve-foot-long table made from 100-year-old recycled Douglas fir.
