    1. Using painter's tape, create a pattern of stripes on the bag; fill bag with paper to prevent glue bleed.
    2. Fill the non-taped areas with fabric glue; shake glitter over glue to coat completely. Let dry.
    3. Remove the tape and add fabric pom-poms for tossing.
