You Can Now (Officially) Honeymoon at 'Game of Thrones' Filming Locations

You know nothing about honeymoons yet, Jon Snow.

We’ve previously rounded up all the Game of Thrones filming locations you can visit IRL—but you might as well book your ticket to Northern Ireland now, because HBO has announced it's officially converting actual locations from the critically acclaimed show into real tourist attractions for fans of the series to fawn over.

Variety reports that the Northern Irish destinations comprise iconic backdrops from the show, including Castle Black, Winterfell and Kings Landing—plus a formal studio tour of Linen Mill Studios, where materials from the series “spanning all seasons and settings” will be showcased.

Dragons might not be included, but lots of other Thrones memorabilia will be, including real sets from the show, costumes, props, set decorations, weapons and more production materials. HBO promises the attraction will be “on a scale and scope bigger than anything the public has ever seen,” which they’re accomplishing with the help of Tourism NI, the country’s travel marketing authority.

Arya excited yet? (Sorry, we had to.)

And if you’re planning your honeymoon for 2019, you’re in luck—HBO is tentatively planning on opening next year, so you can officially run off to Westeros, pretend you’re Daenerys and bask in your post red wedding glow with your new spouse. What could be better?
