  1. Jordy and Jared's love of tacos and enchiladas was just the beginning. "We knew from the outset we wanted Mexican food at our wedding, and we just kind of went from there," explains Jordy. Soon, all of the wedding details had a dash of Mexican flair. The bright tablecloths and napkins — which Jared sewed himself — were inspired by Mexican textiles. And the hot sauce wedding favors gave guests the chance to bring a little South-of-the-border heat home with them. Even the men's boutonnieres featured little chili peppers!

With all that spice, it's no surprise that the wedding party continued into the wee hours of the morning at a bar around the corner from the couple's wedding venue, Greenpoint Loft. Jordy and Jared's wedding planners at Rebecca Rose Events, (which just so happens to be owned by Jared's sister), made sure guests enjoyed themselves until last call. “We never wanted the night to end," says Jordy. “No one mentioned that the bottoms of my feet would be bruised for a week from dancing so hard!" This was clearly an amazing fiesta wedding if we've ever seen one. Lucky for us, the amazing photographers at Jenna Marie Photography were on hand to capture all the fun, colorful details!

The 40-foot beams, brick walls and hardwood floors at the Greenpoint Loft are all originals. Aside from a few minor refurbishments, the space looks the same as it does when it opened as a factory in the early 20th century. This venue is the ultimate New York loft.

Jordy and Jared decided to pay homage to their new 'hometown' with a New York City-themed invitation suite. The vintage postcards were even sourced from the Museum of Modern Art! Rebecca Rose Creative then handled all the print production.

  4. The Unlimited Tacos

"For dinner, we had every type of taco you could imagine — fried fish, steak with chimichurri, al Pastor, jalapeno marinated chicken — along with cheese enchiladas, beans, rice, tons of guacamole, and freshly grilled tortillas," says Jordy. But the real show stopper was the elote: corn covered with chili and queso fresco.

  5. The Cheeky Wedding Programs

Guests showered Jordy and Jared with tons of colorful confetti after they exchanged their wedding vows. Then the party really got started!

  6. The Super Colorful Set Up

Jared and Jordy added bright bursts of color throughout the Greenpoint Loft. The multicolored linens were a personal, handmade touch — "Jared sewed a lot of our tablecloths, runners, and napkins himself!" Jordy says.

  7. The Hot Sauce Wedding Favors

Somehow, Jordy and Jared knew exactly what guests wanted to go home with after dancing all night — mini bottles of hot sauce!
