Kate's Wedding-Ready Routine
Though she's already rumored to be a size 2 at 5'10" and 120 lbs., Kate Middleton isn't missing any gym sessions. The 29-year-old toned up three years ago when she trained with plans to row across the English Channel, and apparently, she's hitting the rower again -- burning up to 500 calories in an hour.
Sources say she's also joined the trendy west London gym Harbour Club, where Princess Diana used to work out. The gym boasts three swimming pools, indoor tennis courts, a beauty spa, a hair salon, and a club restaurant. Princess Diana used to visit a personal trainer at the gym, often with William and Harry in tow.
Her Wedding-Ready Diet
Kate has long been a devotee -- since she ditched her cigarette habit a few years ago -- of the Dukan Diet, which is also a favorite of supermodel Gisele Bundchen and Jennifer Lopez. The food plan, developed by French nutritionist Pierre Dukan, stresses a high-protein diet. According to reports, Kate's mother has recently adopted the Dukan Diet as well.
Her Wedding Beauty Regime
Prior to her engagement-photo session, reports say, Kate had a total dental makeover -- whitening her teeth and straightening them using a procedure that applies braces on the inside of the teeth. Critics point to the noticeable gap that Kate had in her front teeth -- until recently. Her teeth now appear to be perfectly aligned and bright white. She also reportedly sticks to a skin routine using Swiss beauty brand Karin Herzog.
Her Etiquette Training
Kate is reportedly taking Welsh lessons and is also getting advice on how to cope with a husband whose first priority will always be his country over his family.
Additionally, she's getting royal etiquette lessons and even premarital counseling to avoid depression from the constant media attention. Becoming a princess is clearly turning into Kate's full-time job -- so it's easy to understand why she recently quit her job at her parents’ company. Come April 29, the world will get to see how all of her hard work pays off.
