New Makeup and Hair Trends to Try!

Here are some of our favorite beauty trends straight off the bridal fashion runways.

  1. Fine-Lined Eyes at Kenneth Pool

These laser-lined eyes were so refreshing after seeing seasons of smoky lids. Want to soften the look? Try blue- or brown-hued liner instead of black.

  2. Coral Lips at Amsale

We always get excited when we see bright lips come down the runway, and our color of choice this season is coral. We love it because it’s vibrant enough to be eye-catching, but this hue isn’t as dramatic (or harsh) as red-hot lips.

  3. Dewy Skin at Oscar de la Renta

Daring eyes and loud lips not your thing? Well, take a cue from this fresh-faced model. Glowing skin and soft-pink lips make her look effortless. And don’t forget to apply a cream blush, which will make your cheeks look flushed and rosy.

  4. Blooms in Your Bun at Marchesa

The bun is as classic as it gets. One way to make it look trendy is with some big, dramatic blooms. Whether they’re in white or colors (we love the idea of pink blossoms!), adding flowers to your hair makes the bridal bun feel new again.

  5. The Under-Tuck Hairstyle at Kenneth Pool

This look is all about creating the illusion of short hair with your long tresses. You can put your hair in a loose pony and then tuck and pin in the tail. Pull out some locks around your face and curl for a romantic and retro vibe.

  6. Headband With Volume at Alfred Angelo

If you’re a princess bride but don’t want to overdo it with a full-scale tiara, try a little crystal headband. What we love most about this look is not just the perfect arch of crystals, but rather pairing it with big, voluminous hair. Tease your hair at the crown to create a big beautiful pouf and then slide on that bejeweled headband to complete the look.
